Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity• Position: Hospital-Employed Pulmonary Critical Care Physician • Facilities: Two hospitals (350-bed main and 54-bed women and children’s) • Current Team: 4 Pulm/CCs at primary hospital, 2 at secondary hospital • Coverage: ICU at main hospital Intensivist opportunity available • ICU Details: 18-bed surgical ICU, 16-bed medical ICU • Reason for Recruitment: Replacement, market shortage, long appointment wait times, retirements, and coverage flexibilityOffice Hours: • Mon-Thu: 8am-5pm • Fri: 8am-3pmAncillary Services: • Full range in hospital • PFTs, chest X-rays, EKGs in officeStaff: • 17 total (9 clinic staff, 8 non-clinical staff)Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: 60th percentile of MGMA + wRVU structure • Signing Bonus: $75K (3-year commitment) • Student Signing Stipend: Monthly • Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $25K (90th percentile ASA Unit metrics) •Relocation Stipend: $10K • Insurance: Paid malpractice, disability, health, vision, dental, life • Retirement: 403(b) plan • Leave: Flexible vacation, holiday, paid medical leave • CME & Professional Membership: Reimbursement
