Ron Tonkin Honda is growing and business is booming! We're expanding our Parts Department and looking for an additional Parts Counter Salesperson to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. Parts Counter Sales Job Responsibilities

Parts Counter Sales Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with OEM parts lookup systems and electronic catalogs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in additional areas of the department, including body shop and collision parts operations

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
