Job description

Manages compliance requirements for workforce opportunity programs. This role oversees reporting, monitors trade partner compliance, and coordinates with project teams and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Organize, prepare, and manage Section 3, MBE/DBE, and First Source compliance reporting for applicable construction projects.
  • Enforce trade partner compliance with Section 3, MBE/DBE, First Source, and other Opportunity Programs.
  • Compile, audit, and submit required subcontracting data related to federal projects through the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS).
  • Maintain professional and ethical relationships and communications with risk management colleagues and other corporate employee-owners, site team members, and trade partners.
  • Develop and maintain relations with and provide compliance reports and other submissions to outside compliance officials on local, state, and federal levels.

Benefits
Harkins offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. Additional benefits include life insurance, short & long-term disability, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, and mileage and expense reimbursement. For this role, the base salary range is $65,000-$75,000. Compensation may varyoutside of this rangedepending on a number of factors, including a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
