Security Officer – Weekend First Shift (Gate & Patrol Officer)

Philadelphia, PA | Part-Time
Pay: $16.00/hour
Position Overview

KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer for a consistent Saturday and Sunday First shift assignment (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) in Philadelphia, PA. This is a permanent, non-rotating weekend schedule ideal for dependable individuals seeking stable part-time hours.
Officers will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through gate control, patrol duties, and incident response.
Schedule

  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Consistent weekend schedule
  • No rotating shifts
  • Stable, permanent post assignment
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide a professional security presence at the assigned client site
  • Monitor entrances and exits throughout the property
  • Control access and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors
  • Conduct routine patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
  • Observe and report safety or security concerns
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies as needed
  • Enforce post orders and client policies
  • Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients, and team members

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to remain alert for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits
