This role plays a critical part in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment through regular patrols, incident response, and adherence to hotel safety procedures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • College degree or High School Diploma with related experience

JOB DUTIES

  • Patrol all areas of the hotel, including guest floors, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and parking lots.
  • Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and access control points.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergency situations and document all actions taken.
  • Assist guests and employees with safety-related concerns or escorts upon request.
  • Enforce hotel policies while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
  • Complete detailed incident and shift reports.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders when necessary.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections (fire extinguishers, doors, lighting, etc.).
  • Support loss prevention efforts and investigate theft or suspicious activity.
  • Participate in safety drills and ongoing training sessions.
  • Provide emergency first aid or CPR if certified and needed.
