Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated mentor in the kitchen who can lead others by example and deliver extraordinary service and food. you're a time-management star who can handle multiple demands and loves working in a thriving team environment. What You Bring

  • Two to five years in a cook position or extensive culinary experience.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
  • Red Seal or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Foodsafe Certificate is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of meat, starch, sauces, soups and food safety preparation.
  • Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and special events.
