OTE:                                  $45,000–$65,000 annually

Overview:

Monster Laundry is Northern California’s most innovative laundry company, expanding its commercial accounts across fitness studios, salons, spas, restaurants, medical offices, short‑term rentals, and more. We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive who will acquire new B2B clients and help drive Monster Laundry toward its $1,000,000 revenue goal.
Key Responsibilities:

•         Prospect, qualify, and acquire new commercial laundry accounts.
•         Conduct in‑person visits, calls, and outreach campaigns.
•         Present quotes, proposals, and customized service solutions.
•         Manage a sales pipeline and maintain CRM updates.
•         Coordinate onboarding with operations after closing accounts.
•         Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:

•         Prior B2B or outside sales experience preferred.
•         Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
•         Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality.
•         Organized, reliable, and able to manage follow‑through.
•         Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation Structure:

•         Base pay: $18–$20/hour
•         Commission: 20% of account profit for the first 12 months
•         Signing bonuses: Small ($100), Medium ($250), Large ($400)
•         Monthly bonuses: Up to $500
•         Quarterly bonuses: $500–$1,000
•         Annual bonus: $1,000–$2,500
Performance Milestones:

•         1 new account by 60 days
•         2 new accounts by 90 days
•         3–4 accounts per quarter thereafter
•         $1,800–$2,500 in new recurring monthly revenue per quarter
