You will be instrumental in transforming lives through effective counseling practices and compassionate support.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to optimize patient care.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and relevant technologies to streamline documentation and care delivery.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling is highly valued.
  • Experience in settings serving high-risk populations or those with limited access to mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and client caseload.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision coverage, to support your health and wellbeing.
