Pay: $16.50 per hour
Shift: 1st - 6:00am - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday

Job Details:

The Production Worker works alongside and with the team, stepping in as needed to ensure maximum productivity. The Production Worker helps in following and enforcing all safety, quality policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies.

Details:

  • Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers and supervisors about line performance
  • Keep track of line count
  • Work to continuously improve in all areas
  • Ensure all actions better the business and do not break any company policies
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Supervisor
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Completes tasks as directed by with minimum supervision
  • Update production numbers in the computer system; must be able to use a computer and type/data

Essential Duties:

  • Building Lightray equipment; LR3’s, LRI’s
  • Soldering experience, will be focused on building light trains
  • Also will work at different station building control boxes, reels, etc

Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be willing and able to work entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early/late arrivals
  • Must be able to count and have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions)
