Job Type: Full-time Secretary 

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

  • Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.
  • Valid driver’s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide clerical support for the Foster Care team
  • Perform tasks such as Word processing, filing, uploading/data entry, answering and routing phone calls
  • Complete reference checks
  • Update Reports and calendar
  • Log incoming and outgoing mail
  • Participate in staff meeting and training
