Director of Athletic Ministries and Head Football Coach 

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
 
The Football Offensive Line Coach at FBA is responsible for leading the development of offensive linemen within the football program in a way that reflects the mission, vision, and spiritual priorities of First Baptist Academy. The Offensive Line Coach will develop student athletes in football skill, technique, toughness, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth while using athletics as a platform for discipleship and character formation.
