Target Range:
$17.00/Hr. - $19.00/Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
This is a commission eligible role.
About This Job
Front-line, high-volume support handling routine inquiries via phone/chat/email, capturing accurate case details, and resolving basic issues while meeting regulatory timelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
  • Learn and apply procedures; Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails
  • Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing an accurate response

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Banking or call center experience highly preferred
