Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans tailored to individual clinical needs. Lead pre-operative and intra-operative consultations, delivering clear, compassionate, and thorough communication to patients and their families to support informed decision-making and continuity of care. Maintain current knowledge of evolving orthopedic surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices, thoughtfully integrating advancements to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
