Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

โ€ข 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

โ€ข 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

โ€ข Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

โ€ข Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

โ€ข Local & travel allowed.

โ€ข COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

โ€ข No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Southern Illinois Healthcare.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Blended Med-Surg unit with a swing bed program and occasional PCU-level patients. Assignments are balanced based on nursing workload and patient level of care. Ratios are 1:5 for Med-Surg, 1:5-6 for swing bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU depending on whether the patient is on a drip.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other holiday. Every other weekend. No on-call.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
