Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate form an accredited Surgical Technologist program required Willingness to be cross trained to other areas Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to DHL's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer EDUCATION/LICENSURE Current certification as a Certified Surgical First Assistant with one of the following certifying bodies: American Board of Surgical Assistants National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (preferred) National Surgical Assistant Association Must have and maintain current BLS certification, according to unit specific needs. Certification must be in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA, for Healthcare Provider's Program.
