Assistant Manager (ACSM)
The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Assistant Manager (ACSM) who knows how to create an incredible guest experience while motivating a team to perform at its best.
As a key member of our Center Leadership Team, you'll partner closely with the Center Sales Director to bring the EWC Growth culture to life every day. You'll coach and develop the front-of-house team, help drive sales and KPIs, keep center operations running smoothly, and make sure every guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and excited to come back.
This is a full-time, hourly leadership position with strong earning potential, great benefits, and room to grow.
What You'll Own
Lead + Develop Your Team
  • Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
  • Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
  • Co-lead Strut sessions and facilitate one-on-one coaching conversations.
  • Review employee timesheets and support accurate payroll processing.
  • Create a culture of accountability, energy, teamwork, and results.
Drive Sales + Guest Loyalty
  • Lead from the front by educating guests on Wax Passes, Services, and Products.
  • Help the team achieve sales and performance goals through coaching and real-time feedback.
  • Support guest acquisition, retention, and retail sales initiatives.
  • Help develop and execute local store marketing efforts through grass-roots marketing opportunities.
Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience
  • Set the standard from check-in to check-out.
  • Process appointments, payments, refunds, and guest requests with confidence and professionalism.
  • Optimize the Reservation Book based on guest needs and Associate availability.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and step in quickly to resolve concerns.
  • Make sure every interaction reflects the EWC Growth standard.
Keep the Center Running Like a Business
  • Support weekly and monthly retail and COGS inventory counts.
  • Complete weekly bank deposits and cash reconciliation.
  • Help oversee center cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and organization.
  • Keep the front desk, storage areas, and shared spaces guest-ready at all times.
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the team and center performing at their best.
Ready for Your Next Leadership Move?
If you're competitive, people-focused, sales-minded, and ready to grow your leadership career, we want to meet you.
Bring the energy. Develop the team. Create unforgettable guest experiences. And help us grow.
Requirements
You'll Thrive Here If You...
  • Have 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Are a current Key Holder or emerging leader ready for your next step.
  • Love coaching people and helping them win.
  • Are comfortable talking about sales, goals, and KPIs - and know how to motivate a team around them.
  • Have experience with POS and computerized scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
  • Stay organized and composed when things get busy.
  • Bring positive energy, strong judgment, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.

Benefits
$17-$20/hour, based on experience, plus serious earning potential:
    • Up to $6,000 in annual commission based on monthly sales targets
    • Additional commission on Wax Pass sales
    • Medical, Dental + Vision insurance
    • 401(k) plan
    • Life insurance
    • Paid parental leave
    • 50% off retail products
    • Complimentary waxing services at any of our centers
