Position Summary: As an Assistant Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll help build a high-performing team by coaching leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth. This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities.
