What is a First Aid and CPR instructor?

First Aid and CPR Instructors are certified professionals who teach individuals and groups how to properly respond to medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, choking, or injuries, by providing first aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training. They guide students through both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice to ensure participants are prepared to assist in real-life situations. Instructors typically work for organizations like the Red Cross, community centers, schools, or private companies, and must stay up to date with the latest guidelines and certification requirements.

Outstanding communication, patience, and the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners are essential soft skills. These qualifications and abilities are vital for clearly conveying life-saving techniques and ensuring participants are confident and competent in emergency situations.
