Firework is redefining the future of commerce as an AI and video commerce company — combining cutting-edge technology, an exclusive network of enterprise brands and retailers, and a first-mover position to win the agentic commerce race.

We've built the world's most advanced and largest video commerce platform, trusted by global brands and leading retailers. Having raised over $235M to date, led by investors such as SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and operating at global scale, we offer unparalleled opportunities to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful impact in the future of connected commerce.

If you're curious, ambitious, and energized by big ideas — Firework is the place to grow, lead, and shape what comes next. Together.

Summary

Lights on. Camera live. That’s you! From our Hollywood studio, you’ll host professionally produced live commerce shows for some of the world’s top brands - presenting products in a way that feels like a real conversation, not a rehearsal pitch. You’ll come in prepared: product briefings, rehearsals, and run-throughs are part of the deal so that when the camera goes live, you’re fully in your element. Show after show, you bring energy, polish, and the kind of screen presence that helps audiences discover, engage, and shop in real time.

What you’ll be doing
  • Host engaging, live product shows from Firework’s Hollywood studio

  • Present products in a way that feels natural, conversational, and authentic

  • Bring brand messaging to life while keeping delivery unscripted and relatable

  • Participate in training, product briefings, rehearsals, and show run-throughs

  • Adapt your tone and style to match different brands and audiences

  • Maintain strong on-camera presence and professionalism during live broadcasts

We’ll be excited if you have
  • Confident, engaging on-camera presence

  • Ability to explain products like you’re talking to a friend - not reading a script

  • Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback and coaching

  • Experience in hosting, livestreaming, UGC, acting, or product demos is a plus - but not required

  • Availability during weekday business hours

  • Must be able to host in English and German fluently

Schedule

  • On-site only at our Hollywood studio (all training, rehearsals, and shows)

  • Typically 10-20 hours per week, including prep and showtime. May increase for clients with multiple shows per month or complex products.

  • Primarily weekday schedules, with occasional planned weekend sessions

  • Shows typically run 8:00am-8:00pm PT, depending on client needs

Compensation

  • $40 per hour depending on experience and client scope

  • 1099 contractor to start
