Job Summary:
Fashion Nova is the world’s leading trend-to-market fashion and lifestyle brand, and they are seeking a Mobile Software Engineer with strong React Native experience. In this role, you will design and build high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with product, design, and platform teams.
Responsibilities:
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across iOS and Android
• Architect and develop reusable, scalable UI components
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
• Write clean, well-documented code and maintain automated test coverage
• Partner with product and design to deliver innovative mobile experiences
• Engage with the open-source community to help improve mission-critical tooling (React Native moves fast!)
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience with React and/or React Native
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+)
• Experience building testable, maintainable codebases and APIs
• Solid understanding of third-party dependencies and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, CocoaPods)
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Appium, Playwright)
• Knowledge of mobile performance, memory management, and multithreading
