Job Purpose/Culture: The Institute of Beauty and Wellness is committed to creating a caring, compassionate learning environment that uplifts others. As instructors, we provide our students with the best possible service regarding education, support, direction, and feedback.
Job Functions
  • Teach core curriculum, including theory and hands-on facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and advanced services.
  • Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development.
  • Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry.
  • Prepare students for state license exams and placement.
  • Implement company systems and standards.
  • Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols.

Job Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Active Esthetics license in the state of WI
  • Experience as a practicing professional and experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.
  • Teaching, training, or leadership experience
  • Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
