Position Overview
Pickleball Instructional Professionals will teach Pickleball Classes, Clinics, Lessons, and other Pickleball related instructional programming. Instructors report directly to the Club Coordinator and assist them with any programming and promotional needs. Instructors are responsible for maintaining all Picklr equipment used during their activities, providing a fun and inviting atmosphere for all of the participants, and to promote any and all Instructor and Club related sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives. Instructors should have the entrepreneurial drive to seek out and build a clientele base that expands with them as they grow their career.
Hourly Rate
-$20/hour for running Instructor led Free Clinics and/or other “Open Play” programming that falls under the “Unlimited Membership” offerings.
-Private Instruction compensation includes an agreed upon hourly rate with your Club Coordinator based on your DUPR rating, experience level, and coaching ability. Private lessons packages include a 60/40 compensation split between Instructor and the Picklr Kildeer.

Responsibilities
Instruct Pickleball Classes, Clinics, and Lessons while encouraging participation in all of the Club’s activities ie., leagues & tournaments
Assist the Club Coordinator with all activity programming and promotion
Provide exceptional customer service to all Members and Guests of the Club
Maintain courts and equipment in a professional manner and ensure that the environment is safe for all those who use the facility
Promote club memberships to all potential prospects
Daily focus on expanding your private lessons and boosting membership sales

Qualifications
Pickleball Instructional, Coaching, and Playing Experience
Passion for helping others, patience, and the ability to adjust to evolving situations entailing all age groups and a largely diverse population of players
Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekend hours
Outgoing individual with strong communications skills and a fun, positive, and welcoming personality
