We are now looking to add to our Selling Team.

Summary of Responsibility:

The CNC Machine Tool Sales Engineer will be responsible for the full-cycle sales activity in the Northern Ohio territory for all current and future customers. You will work with our internal support departments and our suppliers to provide various manufacturing solutions to the territory. We provide CNC metal cutting manufacturing solutions across various industries, including but not limited to, Medical, Aerospace, Tool & Die, Mold, Industrial and Job Shop.

The primary focus of this newly created role will be to sell Tsugami, Index, WIA, Murata, YCM, and Makino Horizontal, Vertical, and 5 Axis machines including their full complement of Wire and Sinker EDMs.

What You Will Contribute:
  • Develop new and strengthen existing relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.

  • Generate opportunities for quotation by providing continuous support and recommendations to new and existing customers.

  • Lead projects, demonstrations, and other customer related events to ensure timely completion and efficient prioritization of resources.

  • Prepare and present machine solutions for customer specific applications

  • Enter activity into the CRM system (Salesforce.com)

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.

Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Have a strong passion for the sales process from discovery to closing stages.

  • Strong technical background in tool, die and production machining using innovative CNC machines

  • This person will possess strong, professional communication and presentation skills.

  • Previous experience with Industrial sales background is a plus.

  • Basic technical capability.

  • This position requires occasional overnight travel throughout the entire territory.
