About Us

360 Precision is a rapidly growing firearms manufacturer located in Warminster, Pennsylvania. We design, engineer, and manufacture premium precision rifles and firearm accessories using advanced CNC machining and innovative engineering. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.


Position Overview

This is a hands-on role responsible for product design, CNC programming, process development, and manufacturing support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CAD/CAM software, multi-axis machining, and process optimization, with the ability to take a product from concept through production.


Responsibilities

  • Design new products and components using 3D CAD software.
  • Create and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes.
  • Generate setup sheets, tooling lists, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Develop efficient machining processes and production workflows.
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
  • Support prototype development and new product introductions.
  • Improve cycle times, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Work closely with production personnel to implement process improvements.
  • Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies for new and existing products.
  • Assist with machine and process troubleshooting as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
  • Experience programming CNC mills and lathes.
  • Strong CAD/CAM skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar).
  • Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining preferred.
  • Ability to design 3D models and develop products for manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Haas CNC equipment is a plus.
  • Firearms industry experience is a plus but not required.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment.
