Davidson's is currently seeking a full-time Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our hardworking team in our Credit Department in Greensboro, NC!


Accounting Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include

  • Review paperwork for completeness
  • Enter credit application and supporting documentation into computer system
  • Send credit reference requests and enter responses into computer system
  • Communicate with account executives on information that is needed
  • Help with cash receipts, invoicing, and monthly statements as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Accounting Administrative Assistant Pay & Benefits

Davidson's is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package. The starting pay for the Accounting Administrative Assistant will be $19 p/hour in addition to voluntary benefits which include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, short-term/ long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match!
