Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, motivated Water Damage Technician to join our team in Tyler, TX and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role involving demolition, water extraction, and equipment setup. Paid training is available for the right candidate-so whether you bring prior experience in construction/demolition or are ready to learn a new trade, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with water damage mitigation, including water extraction and structural drying
  • Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
  • Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials
  • Document job progress with moisture readings, photos, and written notes
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
  • Complete required forms and checklists accurately
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver's License & maintain a good driving record
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment or team assistance
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Background in demolition or construction preferred
  • IICRC WRT certification a plus (not required-training available)
