Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Pay Rate: $18.50-21/hr

Schedule: Friday, Saturday &/or Sunday

Position Overview:
IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations at an industrial zone in Tinton Falls, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with First Responder Training, OSHA standards or Fire Safety. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fire code efforts, and maintain a safe environment for staff and clients.

Overnights and weekend shifts full time and part time.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular mobile patrols of the property

  • Write clear incident and daily activity reports

  • Maintain vehicle with help of maintenance
  • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

  • Previous security experience required

  • Fire safety experience required

  • Ability to change a tire with assistance
  • Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)

  • Strong communication and report-writing skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Industrial or emergency services experience preferred
  • Firefighting or QA experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18.50 - 21/hour
