We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and/or installing fire sprinkler systems. Those without prior experience need not apply, although experience in other areas of fire protection such as alarms, extinguishers, or suppression is a definite plus.

Position Summary:
As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper service, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and other fire protection equipment at assigned job sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site service calls, troubleshooting repairs efficiently, preparing accurate service tickets and reports, and upholding a high standard of customer service and communication.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA Standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years of service experience (4-6) years preferred).
