Role Description The Licensed Sprinkler Fitter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for installing, assembling, and testing fire sprinkler systems, including layout of piping, hangers, valves, and related components according to engineered plans and applicable codes. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting pipe, operating hand tools and equipment, reading blueprints, coordinating with site supervisors, and verifying that installations meet safety and performance standards. The Sprinkler Fitter will also perform system inspections, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and document work performed.
