We’re looking for a skilled, focused, high-motor Pizza Cook to join our back-of-house team. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in craft, consistency, and working within tight systems. You’ll be operating high-performance equipment in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, executing a refined pizza program that demands precision in fermentation, stretching, topping, and bake.

Job Details

Position Title: Pizza Cook
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week
Reports To: Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute pizza production from dough to finish with consistency and precision

  • Stretch, top, and fire pizzas to exact specifications

  • Manage dough fermentation, proofing schedules, and portioning

  • Maintain strict adherence to recipes, scaling, and prep systems

  • Monitor oven temperatures and manage bake timing during service

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

  • Support prep production including sauces, toppings, and mise en place

  • Assist with inventory, pars, and receiving as needed

  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Contribute to a focused, team-first kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in pizza production or high-volume line cooking preferred
