 Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our fire and life safety solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their fire safety needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultations.
  • Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (experience with restaurants, facilities, or services a plus).
  • Comfortable working in commercial kitchen environments (grease, heat, rooftop access).
  • Attention to detail in conducting and documenting inspections, preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably to clients.
  • Ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic photo documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial facility services, fire/life safety, or industrial cleaning.
  • Familiarity with fire code compliance, hood systems, or kitchen ventilation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Safety, or related field (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
  • Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.
Benefits:
  • Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision options
