Job description

Position: Fire & Explosion Engineer

Reports To: Company Partners

Job Type: Full-time / 40 hours per week expected

Salary: $90,000 – 120,000 depending on experience

Job Location: Golden, Colorado (Hybrid)


Overview:

We are looking for a qualified candidate to build and lead a nationwide thermal science practice with a focus in fire and explosion investigations. Location preference is Colorado. Join a growing forensic engineering and architecture firm that specializes in investigating and repairing damaged structures and infrastructure.


Requirements:

  • Must have 8+ years of related experience.
  • Must have CFEI or CFI certification.
  • Qualified candidates will have a degree in a related field such as chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or fire protection engineering.
  • Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Relocation assistance possible.
  • Testimony experience preferred.
  • Must be able to travel nationally and perform site inspections.
  • Job based in Denver, CO with national travel.
