What is fire department consulting?

Fire department consulting involves providing expert advice and services to fire departments to help them improve their operations, safety, compliance, and efficiency. Consultants may assist with strategic planning, risk assessments, training programs, policy development, and accreditation processes. Adaptability and a collaborative approach are key, as consultants often work closely with fire chiefs, municipal officials, and front-line firefighters to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
