Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the KC metro. If you've got experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or property services and you're ready to lead — we want to talk to you.
This is a hands-on leadership role with steady year-round work, paid training, real advancement, and a team that has your back.
 
What You'll Do

  • Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning jobs
  • Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
  • Keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Handle job documentation and equipment tracking
  • Train and mentor new technicians
  • Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning as needed
  • Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
  • Keep equipment and job sites organized
What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year in restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred
  • Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with mobile apps and basic technology
  • High school diploma or GED
  • IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
