Nayax is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making 50+ calls per day, qualifying prospects, creating sales opportunities, and closing along with account management.

The Sales Development Representative will be part of the Sales team and will report to the Inside Sales Team Lead – US.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, from initial contact to close
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales to align opportunities to the correct internal representatives
  • Handle technical and product inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple priorities and support customer growth
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and funnel optimization

Requirements:

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or customer‑facing roles (SaaS, fintech, or payments a plus)
  • Proven ability to make high‑volume calls and engage prospects across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems


Nice-to-Have Skills:
