About the team:

Join our team responsible for FIS ChexSystems, industry-leading solutions that help financial institutions make smarter, faster, and more secure deposit and credit account opening and account lifecycle decisions. ChexSystems supports thousands of financial institutions and lenders by providing consumer account history, risk insights, and financial intelligence. You'll have an exciting opportunity collaborating with numerous partners, clients and internal teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization plans for banking risk and decisioning solutions
  • Partner with financial institutions to understand needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement to support revenue growth
  • Evaluate regulatory requirements, including consumer reporting and FCRA-related obligations, across the product lifecycle
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Influence external partners and data providers to enhance product capabilities and data value
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment to business outcomes
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and performance metrics to optimize product profitability
  • Represent the product with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including client presentations and industry forums

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $81,850.00 - $139,150.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
