We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with experience in production support or SRE roles, preferably within the banking industry. Must-have skills include Core Java, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, Postgres, MongoDB, ServiceNow, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining production systems, troubleshooting incidents, collaborating with engineering teams, and implementing automation tools. Experience with L1/L2 support, debugging, performance monitoring, and Agile/Scrum environments is essential. Strong knowledge of cloud services is required.
