Job description

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the founding U.S. sales team of a fast-growing fintech company transforming the payments industry through data and AI. This is a rare opportunity to help launch and scale a new market, win some of the company's first U.S

customers, and play a key role in shaping the sales strategy, processes, and playbook for future growth. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and has a proven track record of winning complex enterprise business. Key Responsibilities Own a territory of mid-market and enterprise accounts, developing and executing outbound strategies to generate pipeline and drive new business opportunities Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contract execution, and successful customer onboarding Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, finance leaders, payments executives, and e-commerce decision-makers Deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations that demonstrate measurable business impact, cost savings, and revenue opportunities Partner closely with SDRs, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to support customer acquisition and long-term success Negotiate commercial agreements and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes Help build and refine sales processes, messaging, account strategies, and best practices as the U.S

organization scales Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategy Qualifications 5-8 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, including experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals Experience selling fintech, payments, SaaS, merchant services, or related technology solutions Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers, including finance, payments, and operations leaders Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills with a hunter mentality Experience navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements Previous experience in a high-growth, startup, or build-stage environment where you helped establish processes, enter new markets, or scale revenue is strongly preferred Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, or similar platforms Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, embrace ambiguity, and contribute beyond a traditional sales role Travel industry experience is strongly preferred Compensation & Schedule Base salary: $160,000-$180,000 plus variable compensation and equity Full-time Remote within the United States Authorization to work in the U.S. required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited paid time off Wellness and home office stipends Team offsites and opportunities to collaborate with global colleagues.
