Integration Specialist
Help Bring Payments Solutions to Life
We're looking for a technically savvy, customer-focused Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Client Success. In this role, you'll help merchants and partners implement payment solutions, guide technical conversations, and ensure a smooth path from discovery to go-live.
What You'll Do
Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support prospective and existing clients.
Lead technical discovery conversations and recommend tailored payment solutions.
Deliver product demos and explain complex concepts in a simple, business-friendly way.
Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and integrations.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure successful deployments.
Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape future product enhancements.
Stay current on payment industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Seamless merchant and partner integrations.
Faster sales cycles through strong technical support.
Happy clients and internal stakeholders.
Valuable product insights that drive innovation.
Required
3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, integrations, solutions consulting, or payment technology.
Experience supporting SMB merchants, partners, or payment integrations.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset and customer-first approach.
Preferred
Experience in payments, lending, merchant services, or fintech.
Knowledge of card processing, interchange, and payment ecosystems.
Experience working with ISV or ISO partners.
Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales methodologies.
