The Fintech PMO exists to accelerate the technology and product outcomes of the Fintech organization and across the ecosystem by improving and enabling world-class strategy, execution, and delivery. We drive for accountability and clarity while ensuring execution excellence, and empowering cross-functional teams to scale and organize for speed

 This role will focus on growth enablement across GBSG Services that leads to high customer and business impact.


Responsibilities

Portfolio

  • Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'
  • Be a part of the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams' delivery
  • Integrates business outcomes, strategy, external context, and internal realities across multiple programs or a complex program to shape direction and execution
  • Prioritizes across multiple programs and organizations, balancing near-term delivery with broader portfolio impact
  • Drives cross-program tradeoffs, assesses options with portfolio implications, aligns leaders, and ensures follow-through on decisions and execution paths
  • Strong ability to enable the core team to manage dependencies at scale through structure and right-sized processes
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into a clear narrative on business outcomes, trends, and predicted performance for executive audiences


Program

  • Leads teams to define program outcomes, create program framework, build end-to-end delivery plans, and establish a governance model for complex programs
  • Develops and drives the operating rhythm of complex projects/programs/processes to set strategy, monitor performance, inspire teams, and instill accountability
  • Leads teams to identify risks and dependencies upfront and quickly determines optimal paths to green; communicates clearly on program progress, trends, and insights to influence strategic changes and adjustments to plan
  • Establishes credibility as a boundaryless change leader, strengthens trust across teams, builds a network of key partnerships, and generates broad support in order to lead change with velocity
  • Leads teams to formulate effective change strategy, develop a clear change management plan, identify impacts of all key changes, and drive end-to-end execution on the plan
  • Exhibits extreme ownership for complex change efforts; coaches and influences stakeholders at all levels to drive action and sustain momentum, instilling confidence in teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leaders across executive teams, product management, engineering, and other groups to achieve program goals
  • Quickly pinpoint and resolve critical issues/risks. Clearly communicate actionable solutions, striking an effective balance between business needs and technical limitations
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels leading to quick decisions


Technical & AI-Native Delivery

  • Possesses extensive knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle, including agent-driven product development and platform architectures
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI agent tools to accelerate program delivery, evaluates the quality of AI-generated program artifacts with the same rigor applied to human-generated outputs, and guides teams on structuring program work for effective agent-assisted execution
  • Works closely with dependent teams to promote engineering and operational excellence, and partners with tech leaders to monitor and improve development velocity
  • Skillfully steers domain-specific discussions, guiding experts through active problem-solving to rally teams toward program outcomes; capable of driving communication, tradeoff discussions, and decision-making with technical experts
  • Directs multiple AI agents toward a shared delivery outcome - scoping each with program context and acceptance criteria, governing the integrated result, and course-correcting when agents drift

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management experience, including 10 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (SaaS) development projects
  • Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria
  • Firm grasp of SDLC methodologies and a clear understanding of SaaS technologies, leading with an AI-Native first mindset to deliver high-impact priorities for the business and customers
  • Demonstrated Builder Proficiency at L3 - Orchestrating or higher: actively directs multiple AI agents toward a shared delivery outcome, scoping each with program context and acceptance criteria, governing the integrated result, and course-correcting when agents drift
  • Evaluates the quality of AI-generated program artifacts with the same rigor applied to human-generated outputs
  • Previous experience partnering with Data Science and Experimentation a plus

The expected base pay range for this position is:
New York $199,000 - $269,500
Mountain View, CA $202,000- $273,500Employment Type: Full-Time
