Overview:
N2IA Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to work with the customer to not only provide exceptional support to their VIP clients, but also to optimize their technology usage and deployments through process improvement, KPI development and reporting, and business analysis. The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the specific tasks and ensuring that the technical solutions and activities are following the performance work standards of the task. This position will be on-site at the Pentagon.
Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in a client facing role; federal clients preferred.
  • Bachelor's in business, IT, or related field with 10+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in Information Technology, Networking, or a technical field.
  • 3+ years of Scrum experience.
  • 3+ years of Jira experience.
  • Knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring IT program and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and apply new skills and approaches, team player.
  • Strong communication (written and oral), presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks.
  • Able to multi-task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and innovative thinking.
  • A track record of identifying gaps within a program and providing solutions to the customer that can increase program size Education and Certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in business, IT or related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.

Clearance Requirement:
  • US Citizen with a federal government SECRET clearance.
  • Change management experience and be able to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent communications (oral, written, and presentation) skills.
