Senior Cloud FinOps Consultant

Location: Fully remote (US-based)

Base Salary: $140-180k DOE

Headquartered in Austin TX with remote teams across the globe, we are a growing B2B SaaS company with a cutting-edge autonomous cloud cost optimization platform! With over $5 billion of cloud spend under management, we are urgently looking for experienced Cloud FinOps Analysts to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the the face of the company for customers, tackling complex questions on cloud cost optimization.
  • Act as the SME for all matters of committed discounts like Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.
  • Own onboarding and implementation, getting customers fluent in FinOps and fully ramped on our platform.
  • Deliver excellent support for customer needs, drive adoption of new features, and collaborate with Product to shape our offerings.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, etc.
  • Proven experience in cloud FinOps with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Expert-level understanding of committed discount instruments such as Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, Committed Use Discounts, Sustained Use Discounts, etc.
  • Highly proficient in analytics and financial modeling/data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal communication, preferably with a background in consulting, technical account management, and/or customer success.
