Job description

Summary Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall finishing operation of furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding and distressing.

Essential Duties

  • Responsible for repairs to major finishing defects for high end quality furniture.
  • Must be skilled in all facets of the wood finishing process including repair, burn-ins, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and destressing.
  • Responsible for keeping up with inventory and ordering materials from Mohawk.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must have 1 year of experience in finish repair of high quality casegoods furniture
