About the Role:
ALS Twin Air LLC is looking for a highly skilled and strong background as a Carpenter/Painter to join our growing team in Washington, DC! This is a hands-on role perfect for a versatile tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and delivering exceptional results on every project.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, molding, doors, and finish carpentry
  • Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, patching, priming, and caulking
  • Apply paint, stains, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in carpentry, painting, or a combined trades role
  • Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry techniques
  • Knowledge of interior and exterior painting methods and materials
  • Apprentice, Journeyman or Master license is plus
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
