Beztak is looking to hire a Lead Concierge to join our team. The position is responsible for creating the first impression of the community, supervising and training supporting concierge positions and maintaining organization at the concierge station.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
  • Maintains knowledge of the Risk Management Binder
  • Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
  • Provides training for new associates as appropriate
  • Primary person responsible for scheduling resident transportation
  • Provides support to Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
