Job description

Immediate Opening: Full-Time Head Housekeeper - Naples, FL

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to join a busy private household in Naples, FL. This individual will work alongside another experienced Housekeeper to ensure the home remains exceptionally clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of professional housekeeping experience, with particular strength in high-level laundry care. This person is positive, professional, highly organized, and works well as part of a team. This is a live-out position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed daily cleaning of all areas of the home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
  • Maintain the home to consistently high standards, ensuring all spaces are organized, presentable, and well cared for (including closets, storage areas, and common spaces)
  • Provide expert-level laundry care, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing delicate fabrics, high-end garments, and fine linens
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of fabric care, stain removal, and proper handling of luxury materials
  • Assist with inventory management, organization, and restocking of household supplies
  • Work collaboratively with other household staff to support smooth daily operations
  • Care for fine furnishings, finishes, and fragile items with attention and precision
  • Provide occasional assistance with errands and additional household needs as requested

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availability to support a 35-40 hour work week
  • Pet- and child-friendly
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to sign a confidentiality agreement
