Alliance Hospitality Group is a growing company, and we are looking for team members to grow with us. WHAT YOU'LL DORestaurant OperationsLead day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining consistent standards for food, service, and hospitality.Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere through attentive, friendly, professional, and courteous service.Act with a sense of urgency and stay engaged in the operation to help drive and protect restaurant sales.Stay knowledgeable about the local market and surrounding restaurants, businesses, and hotels.Regularly evaluate service standards through company audits and guest and employee feedback.Maintain the highest standards of safety, security, sanitation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance.Oversee restaurant repairs and maintenance to ensure the facility is operating at its best.Utilize basic computer applications and POS systems to support daily operations.Drive company standards and expectations throughout day-to-day operations."Inspire, Inspect, and Inform" restaurant team members through consistent, hands-on leadership.Leadership & Team DevelopmentDevelop and support the management team in leading people and maintaining effective systems.Provide managers with meaningful and challenging opportunities that encourage continued growth and development.Conduct quarterly management evaluations to track performance and development of key leadership skills.Develop hourly team members and conduct quarterly staff evaluations.Recruit and hire great talent while providing coaching, accountability, and corrective action when needed.Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement in restaurant service and operations.Lead and support the restaurant's PR, marketing, and sales-building efforts.Address performance concerns directly and professionally while recognizing and rewarding strong performance.Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors while balancing operational and ownership needs.Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork while inspiring confidence throughout the restaurant.Implement efficient and productive systems and processes across all departments, including appropriate staffing levels.Ensure compliance with Arizona labor and hiring laws, Department of Health requirements, OSHA standards, and company policies.Financial & P&L ManagementBuild a culture of financial responsibility through effective management of sales, labor, waste, breakage, PPA, tip reporting, and overall costs.Ensure required financial and operational reporting is completed accurately and submitted on time.Establish and maintain proper use of waste sheets, labor proformas, and other financial controls.Oversee cash, credit, and other receipts by following company cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.Help develop and execute plans to meet or exceed P&L expectations while maximizing efficiency and productivity.Hold department managers accountable for their budgets, costs, and financial performance.Approve and track spending while ensuring necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.WHAT YOU BRINGMinimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a service-oriented, fine-dining restaurant environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and hold teams accountable.Excellent guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable experiences.Strong food and beverage knowledge.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to balance hospitality, team leadership, operational standards, and financial performance.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements listed below are examples of those of the General Manager may need to perform in order to carry out essential job functions:Persons performing service in this position will exert 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Ability to work in hot and cold environments.This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable a person with a disability to perform the essential functions of this job. We Offer:$110 - $130K*+20% Quarterly Bonus401K Retirement SavingsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceFree meal per shiftGrowth & Development opportunities*Compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the approved budget for the position. We are always interested in connecting with talented individuals.
