As a Manager, Solution Delivery in our Finance Operate practice, you will help grow our Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services offering in the Technology, Media & Telecom Industry. You'll shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to mobilization and delivery excellence.


This role combines accounting domain expertise, managed services solutioning, Technology, Media & Telecom Industry experience, commercial acumen, and strong client leadership.


Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Solution Delivery, you will:

  • Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Technology, Media & Telecom Industry
  • Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunities
  • Manage Finance Operate deal flow for the Technology, Media & Telecom sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams
  • Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements

Our professionals combine finance domain expertise, operational discipline, technology-enabled delivery, and deep industry experiences to help clients achieve sustainable outcomes at scale.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation
  • 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations
  • 6+ years of experience working within the Technology, Media & Telecom Industry or serving Technology, Media & Telecom clients
  • Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Active Certified Public Accountant license
  • Experience in audit, controllership, or finance transformation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,000 to $240,500.
