The Senior Product Manager leads the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive significant business impact. This role requires independent ownership of product direction, mentoring of peers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, technology integration, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation and operational excellence to meet evolving customer and market needs.

The team focuses on developing innovative tools that enable associates to manage store checkout efficiently, enhancing the overall customer experience. They combine deep product expertise with strategic thinking to define and execute product vision and roadmaps. Emphasizing data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration, the team drives scalable solutions that address complex challenges. Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and leverage technology to optimize product outcomes. This group is committed to delivering measurable business impact while maintaining a strong focus on associate and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
What you'll do:
  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI capabilities to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and guide decision-making.
  • Mentor and support product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer focus.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance product outcomes.

  • Proven ability to define product strategy, conduct competitive assessments, and identify market opportunities.
