Compensation
$26.50 - $31.25 per hour
Summary
Provides financial reporting, analysis, and administrative support to help the company achieve its financial objectives. Assists with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis while working closely with management, clients, and team members to support informed business decisions.
Duties

  • Interface with employees and clients regarding financial reports, budgets, and other financial matters.
  • Assist with insurance renewal processes and risk management activities.
  • Support treasury management functions, including cash reporting and banking relationships.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Assist in developing and analyzing financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor property and company financial performance and identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates.
  • Perform financial and operational analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Help improve financial reporting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with established reporting and quality standards.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • Three to Six years of financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting software.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a team environment.
